The Summerhouse
If you are looking for an elegant brunch in a unique surrounding, then The Summerhouse is for you. Housed in a stunning colonial bungalow in the newly redeveloped Seletar Aerospace Park, their food focuses on the more healthy dining using home-grown ingredients. Offering a three-course brunch on Saturday's, it comes to the free-flow, it's $168 per person for food and champagne, $138 for food and free-flow house pour wine and $108 for food and free-flow beer.
Bochinche
When it comes to meats, you can't go wrong with Argentinian and Bochinche is famed for serving up some of the tastiest Argentinian treats in Singapore. When it comes to Saturday brunch, it's a la carte options with the likes of Grilled chorizo, capers & burnt tomato salad and Brioche French toast, house cooked ham & bacon ice cream bring popular choices. Free-flow takes the form of sparkling prosecco, $55 for all you can drink from 11am to 3pm.
Dolce Vita
Dolce Vita is not only a stellar choice for a Saturday brunch, it is also an award-winning Italian eatery in the Mandarin Oriental. When it comes to brunch, make sure you wear your loose clothes as this is one big brunch. Think beef carpaccio with rocket, lasagne, cod and risotto and come pudding time, tiramisu and ice cream. As if that wasn't enough, the free-flow is $158 for free-flow Ruinart champagne.

Japanese food and free-flow bubbles is quite the ideal combination when you think about it; the healthy food will off-set the calories in drinks you consume. Working on an a la carte style, you can order as much as you like as each dish is prepared freshly to your table - perfect for those who don't like the regular buffet option. Saturday brunch is $52 per person but add $35 for free-flow prosecco or sake or $25 for beer.

Mitzo Restaurant & Bar
For a perfect dim sum brunch, none are better than Mitzo. Delicious, creative and totally authentic, the dim sum is sure to delight even the fussiest of diners. The restaurant is famous for its char siew so make sure you give that a go. When it comes to free-flow, choose from artisinal cocktails or Veuve Chicquot champagne, wine or beer for $128.
