Best New Restaurants In Singapore For November 2018

Where to dine this month.

Restaurant Zen

If you are looking for a true dining experience, then this is the place for you. Taking over the space from beloved Restaurant Andre, Bjorn Frantzen and his Executive Chef Marcus Jernmark bring their stunning take on Nordic, French and Japanese cuisines, along with their three Michelin stars for an experience worth waiting for.

Restaurant Zen, 41 Bukit Pasoh Road,  Singapore 089855, Tel: 9236 6368

The English House

Singapore is on a roll when it comes to Michelin starred chefs as Marco Pierre White opens the doors to his first Singapore venue; The English House. Focusing on British comfort food with a modern twist, expect the likes of Shepherd's Pie, fish and chips and Black Angus Beef Rib all in a traditionally East meets West ambiance. What's more, if you really don't want to leave, the restaurant doubles as a hotel with 18 rooms to spare.

The English House, 28 Mohamed Sultan Road, Singapore 238972, Tel:  6545 4055

Kinou

While Tras street has no shortage of restaurants, few so superbly mix an afterwork cocktails with dinner venue quite as well as Kinou. Expect fun across a variety of floors with a superb cocktail bar on one, a restaurant on another and a drinks lounge and event space upstairs - meaning you can move your way up the stairs as the night progresses. As well as housing one of the most extensive cocktail lists we have seen, expect some pretty fine food, designed to be shared. Particular favourites are the tune ceviche, beef tartar and duck with gingerbread.

Kinou, 81 Tras Street, Singapore 079020, Tel: 6224 0463
