Best New Restaurants In Singapore For September 2018

Where to dine this month.

September, September, how did it get to September. With three quarters of the year already done Singapore continues to surprise and delight with yet more restaurant and bar openings after a lazy Summer. So, with that in mind, here is where to dine this month.

Black Tap

There are many things New York is famous for but one of them has to be for plethora of amazing burger joints. Well, good news for us in the Little Red Dot as one of their cult restaurants, Black Tap, has made its way to Marina Bay Sands. Indulge in diet-busting creations including the 'crazy shake' - a milkshake filled to the top and served with a huge slice of funfetti cake and finished with whipped cream, or then theres the Greg Norman burger - two buttered buns filled with wagyu beef patties, topped with buttermilk-dill sauce, blue cheese and unlimited fries. The ultimate cheat day dream.

Skai

Combining impressive views, unique flavours and top-notch service is the newly opened Skai at the Swissotel The Stamford. Sitting pretty on the 70th floor, Chef Paul Hallett combines his love for Japanese flavours with a contemporary grill and with a focus on sharing dishes for stunning effect.

Three Buns Quayside

You can tell that Summer is over and all the bikini diets are done when all the burger joints start opening their doors. Next in line is Three Buns Quayside of Potato Head Folk fame. The latest outlet will be much the same as the flagship on Keong Saik, but will house a greater plethora of burgers and hotdogs sure to satisfy the cravings of even the biggest carnivore.
