Kausmo

In their own words, Kausmo from Les  Amis Group: Derived from the word “Cosmos” – a system of thought, Kausmo is a concept that promotes thoughtful living by challenging food norms that bring about unnecessary food wastage.

Part dining experience, part life experience, Kausmo is the brain child of co-founders Lisa Tang and Kuah Chew Shian who want diners to leave making more thoughtful choices when it comes to dining and their everyday lives. How do they seek to achieve this? Well, the brave co-founders have created a menu and concept that creatively repurposes aesthetically filtered items  that might have been overlooked before, along with taking on a sustainable approach by using local suppliers and secondary cuts of meat.

1 Scotts Rd, #03-07, Shaw Centre

La Dame de Pic

Fine dining establishments in Singapore are quaking in their boots now that renowned French  chef, Anne-Sophie Pic  has made her debut at Raffles Hotel. With two other restaurants in Paris and London, thanks to her superb use of local ingredients and a refined and  thoughtful menu, this is one of the most interesting and luxurious restaurants to hit our shores in quite some time.
