From Spice to Umami: Dive into Studio 1939's New Cocktail Creations

Welcome to the latest buzz in Singapore's cocktail scene.

Studio 1939 is shaking things up with its brand new cocktail menu: STFU (Spice, Tea, Fruit, Umami), inspired by the vibrant local flavours that have shaped the team's palates over the years. Crafted by Head Bartender Daniel Fong and Operation Manager Kavish Hurrydoss, these cocktails are more than just drinks – they're culinary masterpieces, meticulously designed to tantalise your taste buds. With 12 signature concoctions on offer, there's something for everyone. Plus, half of the menu can be enjoyed in non-alcoholic versions, perfect for those looking for a booze-free option.

Get ready for a sensory adventure with standouts like the Curry On, a delightful fusion of Arak, pandan, coconut, calamansi, and Jaffna Curry blend. For an herbaceous twist, sip on the Thyme After Thyme, featuring mezcal, thyme, vermouth, star anise, Sauvignon Blanc, and Aer. And if you're feeling adventurous, don't miss the Cheesy Melon High, a surprising blend of tequila, apple, watermelon, mint, feta cheese, and oregano. For those who like to leave it to the experts, the Your Song option allows the team to whip up a personalised concoction tailored to your preferences.

STFU is the latest addition to Potato Head Singapore's lineup, marking the bar's 10th anniversary. Located in the heart of Keong Saik Road, Studio 1939 has long been a favourite among cocktail aficionados.
