Spearheaded by Group Beverage Manager Gilbert Fosson, the new craft cocktail and snack menu promise to tantalise taste buds and elevate the Italian dining experience to new heights. Drawing inspiration from both traditional Italian flavours and contemporary trends, the menu features a selection of expertly crafted cocktails. Classics like the Negroni and Americano rub shoulders with reinvented favourites such as the Nutty Nut, a playful twist on the Old Fashioned. Meanwhile, the Sunset Martini and Mango Tango offer exotic flavour combinations that transport guests to tropical paradises with every sip.

Gilbert Fosson expressed his excitement about the menu, stating, "We aim to push the boundaries of traditional Italian beverages while paying homage to our culinary heritage and embracing the vibrant flavours of Asia. Each cocktail and snack is meticulously crafted to deliver an unforgettable experience, where each sip and bite tells a story of innovation and culinary flair.”

To complement the inventive cocktails, Executive Chef Andrea De Paola and Head Chef Daniele La Rocca have curated a selection of artisanal snacks. From delicate Crescentine paired with whipped mortadella and pistachios to Cantabrian Anchovies served with Alpine butter and confit lemon, each dish is designed to enhance the drinking experience and leave a lasting impression.

Nestled on the 43rd floor, the Terrace Lounge offers breathtaking views of Singapore’s skyline, providing the perfect backdrop for a standalone drink experience or a pre/post-dinner affair.
