Singapore’s Wagyu X introduces a new Wagyu and Angus experience.

Elevating the Wagyu beef experience to new heights, Wagyu X introduces an innovative menu that promises to tantalise your taste buds.

Renowned for bringing one of the rarest forms of Wagyu beef to Singapore, Wagyu X continues to push culinary boundaries with its latest offering. Prepare to indulge in a unique dining experience as Wagyu X presents its prized crossbreed beef chargrilled over Binchotan charcoal and then served smoked in Sakura wood fumes, infusing it with fruity cherry notes. Chef Masahiro Takada, the mastermind behind this two-stage process, embarked on an R&D journey to perfect this method. The result is a symphony of fire and smoke flavours that will leave you wanting more.

Savour the melt-in-your-mouth goodness of Wagyu crossbred with Angus, available in sirloin or tenderloin cuts, precisely sliced to one-inch thickness and delicately seasoned to let its unique taste and texture shine. Chef Masahiro says, “Beef of this quality and calibre is usually grilled in thin pieces, seldom as a whole steak. I was curious as to how it tastes as a steak and am personally very surprised by how the fat is rendered into a crispy exterior. It opened my eyes to a new way of enjoying this Wagyu crossbreed.”
