If you haven't been to Atlas Bar, chances are you will have heard of it though. One of the most anticipated openings of 2017, this opulent, Art Deco inspired bar boasts Roman Folton, one of Forbes' most talented people under 30 as its head barman. From the rose-gold champagne room to the impressive decor, its easy to see why Atlas was the highest new entry on the list, coming in at number 15.

Manhattan

Another Art Deco inspired bar making onto the list is the Manhattan Bar. Already a staple on the Singapore supping scene, Manhattan got a slight overhaul early this year, creating a larger focus on whisky with an 'American Whiskey Embassy' showcasing 150 premium whiskeys. It could be to do with this or it could be thanks to its stellar reputation, but Manhattan rose four spots his year, coming in at number seven.
