Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok: Waterfront Living At Its Finest

An Oasis Of Exclusive Luxury In One Of The World’s Most Vibrant Cities

Throughout the world, waterfront properties are amongst the most exclusive and desirable, even more so when they are located within the heart of a vibrant city and a top tourist destination. Bangkok’s majestic Chao Phraya River, has quite a number of luxury hotels and developments lining its banks. Yet the last major development along the iconic riverfront was the Shangri-La Hotel, built just over 30 years ago.

Bringing a breath of modern freshness to the river’s illustrious history and cultural heritage is the latest and largest project by Country Development Group: the Chao Phraya Estate, featuring Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok elevated amid two world-class hotels – the Four Seasons Hotel and Capella All-Suites Waterfront Hotel.

Three and a half times larger than the opulent Shangri-La, the sprawling estate spanning over 350 meters of waterfront across 14.2 acres is one of the largest waterfront plots of land in Bangkok’s CBD area.

After painstakingly acquiring the rare property of such prime location and massive size, Ben Taechaubol, director and CEO of Country Group sought to realise the Group’s focused vision of elevating waterfront living to new heights.

According to Taechaubol, “a waterfront property of this location and size is extremely unique and hard to come by. From the outset, we had a clear, focused vision to create a meaningful, luxury waterfront residential lifestyle. We were adamant about not muddying the brief with commercial and retail. With this project we could have probably put in another 40% of the GFA in terms of programme. Yet instead, we chose to prioritise the quality and living experience to produce a product of exceptional quality and rarity.”

A Vision Of Timelessly Elegance

True to form, the Four Season’s Private Residences, the jewel of the estate, is a true vision to behold. Standing in stark contrast to the myriad of other luxury properties that have emerged across the vibrant and chaotic city, the Private Residences distinguishes itself with the level of attention to detail and quality paid to every aspect of the design process. It features unobstructed panoramic river and city views across all 355 residences, elevated by the impeccable service from its two neighbouring world-class hotels. Every apartment in the Private Residences is geometrically designed to be corner units, offering all residents a continuous view of both the Chao Phraya River and the city skyline. Strategically placing the Private Residences amidst two low-density ultra-luxurious resorts also ensures the view continues to remain undisturbed for quite a distance.

World-Class Amenities & Hospitality

Layer on the hallmarks of any Four Seasons Property – refined hospitality and unsurpassed service – and these qualities are what makes Asia’s first waterfront Four Seasons Private Residences truly legendary. Thoughtfully curated conveniences exist in spades at the Residences of which the rooftop Four Season Club triplex is the most exclusive yet. Spanning levels 64 to 66, the ultimate club offers residents private access to a host of club facilities and contemporary urban entertainment for ultimate relaxation. From the golf simulator and billiards table to the private cigar lounge, these are just some of the first-class luxury amenities that abound. Completing the picture is Bangkok’s tallest residential infinity pool overlooking the picturesque skyline that resides from the 66th level.

Ben Taechaubol

“ Thailand has always been synonymous with great hospitality and that impeccable level of hospitality we are known for really stems from the people. If you’re able to have waterfront living that is steeped in service and hospitality, that to me would be a an excellent way to live” — Ben Taechaubol, director and CEO of Country Group Development.

Iconic buildings of which the Residences is undoubtedly one, often define a city; a statement about its history, ambition and how it wants to be seen. As Bangkok’s skyline continues to evolve and skyscrapers emerge, thoughtfully unique developments such as these are building the history of the future.

Due for completion by the by the end of 2018, with almost 70% of units sold, the chance to own a piece of Bangkok’s future history is dwindling. Learn more about the property here.
