One Championship Valued At $1 Billion

According to new reports, that's the staggering value of the Singapore based mixed martial arts firm.

While we all know that health and fitness is one of the world's fastest growing industries, even keen observers will be staggered to know that the Singapore based, mixed martial arts company, One Championship, has recently been valued at $1 Billion,

The brainchild of Chatri Sityodtong, who is also the chairman of ONE Championship, the figures were recently revealed as the company is set to look for $100 Million worth of funding. While all details at the moment are strictly hush hush, it is estimated that the lead investor will be fronting at least half the $100 Million sought, with the remainder being made up of smaller investments by the end of July. The reason for the latest round of fundings is to expand the brand's presence in China, South Korea and Japan.
