Ermenegildo Zegna Unveil Their Debut Swimwear Line
Summer is coming at just the right time, gents.
It’s nearly that time of year again when our thoughts turn to Summer holidays with those lovely long, glorious days by the sea and arriving just in time for those packing lists is Ermenegildo Zegna’s first ever swimwear line.
Comprising of swimwear, beachwear and accessories, loyal fans will notice the same attention to detail that runs through the ready-to-wear collections, thanks to the fact that the line was created by brand Artistic Director, Alessandro Sartori.
Speaking of this debut line, Sartori said: “In my new vision of the Ermenegildo style, I could not think about the perfect wardrobe without a beachwear collection, where the research in innovative materials like Microlite or ultralight seersucker meets the new Zegna aesthetic.”
When it comes to aesthetic, think bright and bold colours, geometric patterns, motifs and playful details. Comprising of boxer shorts, swimming shorts, polo shirts and towels, the devil really is in the detail when it comes to this collection. Not sure what we mean? Well, there’s the use of the finest lightweight materials that are as equally hardworking as they are stylish, using the very best in quick dry technology and then there’s the matter of the unique additions such as a dedicated waterproof pochette for keys or money – a stroke of sheer genius.
The swimwear collection starts at $230 will be available from Ermenegildo Zegna Paragon, 290 Orchard Road #01-34/35/36. With 67 pieces in the collection, you are guaranteed to be spoilt for choice.
